My Russian Banya Experience in Saint Petersburg Russia????

Experiencing a Russian Banya should be at the top of your travel itinerary for Russia!????

As an ultimate Russian experience, a visit to the banya is a must-do when visiting the country.
Said to be good for your health and skin, this traditional Russian style of bathhouse and sauna has been steam-cleaning people for centuries.

It is true that you strip off to go inside and you sweat a lot or that is very hot. However, the benefits are amazing! You detox your full body, relax, and feel strengthen after.

I personally go to the Russian Banya once a month, and in this video, I am going to show you where I go and what I usually do once I am inside. ????

Please note that filming this video was extremely hard because I was told not to film inside but somehow I managed to get some footage at my own risk. There, I met with a nice chap who was agreed to be filmed and help me to film myself.
