Walking in Berlin through the Friedrichshain district on a summer day!

Petersburger Straße is a street in the Berlin district Friedrichshain of the district Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Besides its importance as a section of the inner Wilhelminian Ring and the inner city ring road, it is also a section of the Bundesstraße 96a. The street begins at Landsberger Allee, where it emerges from Danziger Straße, and ends at Frankfurter Tor, where it merges with Warschauer Straße. In its course it passes, among others, Petersburgerplatz and Bersarinplatz. The street is named after the Russian capital of the time, Saint Petersburg.
