Sasha's First Week [St. Petersburg, Russia] - Vlog 12

In this video, I take you along my during first week in my home city of St. Petersburg, Russia. I haven’t been there in 3 years and it was great to see my friends and family again!

When I first arrived, they met me at the airport, it was so emotional to see everyone again.
It took me a few days to readjust to a new time zone and environment and I went to scenic downtown Saint Petersburg and brought you along with me!

I took scenic bus #3 that drops you off right in the heart of St. Petersburg. I'll show you Bronze Horseman- an equestrian statue of Peter the Great. He founded my city and built Russia into an empire. I also go up to the colonnade of St. Isaac Cathedral, which is one of the largest orthodox churches in the world! I also met my friend Natasha, and together we went to Hermitage. Hermitage or Winter Palace had a well-known artifact collection. It was so much fun to see all of my favorite places!

I’m finishing this video by teasing our future video. Next time I will bring you along to some less touristy places.
