"Tandoor" is the oldest Indian restaurant in St Petersburg, Russia opened in 1994. It is located in the very center of the city — on the corner of Admiralteysky and Voznesensky Prospekts.
Today, Tandoor is a landmark every connoisseur of Indian cuisine and culture in St. Petersburg knows.
A team from India works in the kitchen and in the dining hall of Tandoor Restaurant. Cooks led by chef Rawat Kushal prepare a variety of delicious dishes according to traditional and sometimes even family recipes.
The bright and unrivaled cuisine of North India offers golden kebabs baked in tandoor oven, savory sauces and moderate (compared with South) amount of spices.
They say, their main superpower is the combination of spices.
